For what purposes do we process your personal data?
In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide us with and those that are generated during the development of the relationship with you, are processed for the following purposes:
- To deal with your requests.
- To provide you with information about the services of BASQUE HYDROGEN, by consenting to the sending of communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have provided us with.
- Responding to queries, complaints and suggestions, and carrying out all kinds of communication actions.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided shall be kept for as long as their deletion is not requested by the organisation or person concerned, or whoever legally acts as their legal representative, and for as long as they are necessary – including the need to keep them during the applicable or relevant limitation periods – for the purpose for which they were collected or recorded.
The retention of the data shall be conditional upon the legal obligation of BASQUE HYDROGEN to retain them. Once these periods have expired, the data shall be destroyed or erased, and the deletion, erasure or destruction shall be effected in such a way that the information contained in the media is not recoverable.
Legitimation

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not BASQUE HYDROGEN processes personal data concerning them.

All data subjects have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on them or similarly significantly affects them in a similar way, subject to the exceptions provided for under Article 22(1) of the GDPR.
The data subject has the right to have their data deleted, due to the disappearance of the purpose for which the data were processed or collected, or due to revocation of consent when this is the consent that legitimises the processing, or for the other reasons provided for under Article 17 of the GDPR. The data shall be deleted, proceeding to the high-level erasure of the data contained in automated media and the physical destruction of non-automated media.
